Bringing good news to the medical aspirants in Rajasthan and across all over country, the State Government is trying to ensure that academic sessions in five new medical colleges in the State commence from 2023-2024. The inspection from the National Medical Commission (NMC) team is proposed to be held soon at these institutes located in Bundi, Dausa, Karauli, Alwar and Hanumangarh. Therefore, the Rajasthan Medical Education Society (RMES), Jaipur has written to the principals of these new medical colleges to stay prepared for the same.
The NMC team will conduct an inspection at these medical college to ensure that they are functioning properly and they have adequate facilities including fully equipped laboratories, teaching faculty, non-teaching staff and other infrastructural facilities according to the norms. As per the latest media report by the Times of India, aleady RMES has alerted the heads of these five new medical colleges and advised them to stay prepared for the awaited NMC inspections. In its order, RMES mentioned, “The inspections are proposed for soon. In this regard, ensure the preparations according to the norms of NMC. In case, if any help and support regarding basis necessities, budget, equipment, resources, faculty and no faculty staff, inform the office.”
